Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

What is RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a powerful and effective approach to therapy that has helped many people overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.

RTT is a therapeutic approach created by Marisa Peer, a renowned therapist, motivational speaker, and bestselling author. RTT combines elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to achieve rapid and lasting results for clients.

RTT can be called "Root Cause" therapy because the focus of RTT is to uncover the root cause of emotional and psychological issues and transform negative beliefs and behaviors into positive ones. This is done by accessing the subconscious mind through hypnosis and using specific techniques to reprogram the mind with new empowering beliefs and behaviors.

Through accessing the subconscious mind there is an opportunity for resolving significant past events believed to be interfering with a person’s present mental and emotional wellness. Only people with sound mental health who are confident that a review of past events will not adversely impact their emotional or mental health should participate. We request that you do not participate in root cause therapy if you have any past or existing concerns about your mental health (such as a disorder).

Who Could Benefit from RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) can be helpful for anyone who wants to overcome emotional or psychological issues, transform negative beliefs and behaviors, and achieve their goals. It is a versatile therapeutic approach that can be used to address a wide range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety and panic attacks

  • Depression

  • Low self-esteem and confidence issues

  • Relationship problems

  • Addictions and compulsive behaviors

  • Weight issues

  • Chronic pain

  • Insomnia and other sleep disorders

  • Phobias and fears

  • Sexual issues

RTT can also be helpful for those who simply want to improve their overall well-being, increase their motivation and productivity, and unlock their full potential.

What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of consciousness characterized by focused attention, deep relaxation, and heightened suggestibility. It is often induced by a hypnotist through a series of suggestions and guided imagery techniques. During hypnosis, the individual is typically in a state of deep relaxation and may experience a heightened sense of focus and concentration. This state can be used to address a variety of issues, such as anxiety, phobias, and unwanted behaviors, by accessing the subconscious mind and suggesting new thought patterns or behaviors. Hypnosis is typically used in a therapeutic setting and should only be performed by a trained professional.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a type of therapy that utilizes hypnosis as a therapeutic tool. It involves inducing a hypnotic state in the client to help them access their subconscious mind and make positive changes to their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. The therapist may use various techniques during hypnosis, such as guided imagery, suggestion therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Hypnotherapy can be used to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, addiction, phobias, and chronic pain. It is often used as an adjunct therapy to traditional talk therapy or as a stand-alone treatment. Hypnotherapy can help individuals to gain insights into their thought processes, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop new coping mechanisms. It is typically performed by a licensed mental health professional who has received specialized training in hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy are related but distinct concepts.

Hypnosis is a state of consciousness, while hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that utilizes hypnosis as a tool to facilitate change in the individual.
