You will receive an individual Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) session as well as integration coaching. RTT is a powerful and effective method to identifying the root cause of emotional, psychological, and physical issues. You can identify and overcome challenges in one session and transform negative beliefs and behaviors into positive ones.
RTT can be the catalyst you need for major healing and transformation.
For continued, lasting transformation integration therapy is essential. Integration coaching will help you to merge the new insights and shifts you experienced into various aspects of your life. We will stay in a rented house with full amenities, pool, AC, and backyard/patio. The goal of this retreat is seclusion and space to reflect and explore your subconscious mind. This will not be a luxury vacation and there will be no activities planned for exploring outside the retreat home.
Please note that most beds will be in a shared bedroom. This helps keep the retreat affordable.
